Please do not send medical details by email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Send your name and a phone number and we will call you back.
Facility and provider inquiries: put “Senior living partnership” or “Provider referral” in the subject line.
Hours and coverage
By appointment, seven days a week — including evenings and weekends.
We are a service-area practice with no public storefront, so there is no address to visit. We come to you across northeast Wisconsin.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
What to have ready when you call
- Which joint hurts, and roughly how long it has been going on.
- What you have already tried — therapy, medication, previous injections, surgery.
- Your current medication list, including any blood thinners.
- Your Medicare or Medicare Advantage card.
- Whether you use a cane, walker or wheelchair.
- Your surgery date, if you have a joint replacement scheduled.
None of this needs to be perfect. Call and we will work through it with you.

We publish only the aggregate rating here. Patient reviews stay where the patients themselves posted them, on our Google Business Profile.
