Accessibility statement

Most of our patients are over 60. A site they cannot read is a site that does not work, so accessibility is treated here as a functional requirement rather than a legal box.

Our commitment

Mobile Therapeutics LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to exceed it where it matters most for our audience.

What we have built in

  • Large body text. Body copy is set at 19px minimum with generous line spacing, and the layout is tested at 200% browser zoom.
  • High contrast. Body text exceeds WCAG AAA contrast on our page backgrounds; interactive elements meet AA at minimum. The former neon cyan accent was replaced with a deeper teal specifically because it failed contrast.
  • Large tap targets. Links and buttons are at least 48 pixels tall, with a persistent call button on mobile.
  • Visible focus. Every interactive element shows a clear focus ring for keyboard and switch users.
  • Keyboard operable. The whole site can be used without a mouse, and a skip link jumps straight to the main content.
  • Reduced motion respected. If your device requests reduced motion, all animation is switched off. Nothing moves while you are reading.
  • Descriptive alternative text on every image, and real headings in order so screen readers can navigate by structure.
  • Plain language. Clinical terms are explained the first time they appear.

Known limitations

  • Web fonts are loaded from a third-party service. If that service is unavailable, the site falls back to your system fonts and remains fully readable.
  • Content on third-party sites we link to — Google, Instagram and ioverapro.com — is outside our control.

Accessibility of care, not just of the website

The practice exists because clinic buildings are inaccessible to a lot of people. If reading this page is difficult, call (920) 777-9876 and we will do it with you on the phone. We can talk through options, insurance and scheduling verbally with a patient or, with permission, a family member. We visit patients who use walkers, wheelchairs and lifts, and residents of memory care communities.

Tell us where we fall short

If you hit a barrier on this site — text you cannot enlarge, something a screen reader will not read, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard — call (920) 777-9876 or email info@mobile-therapeutics.com. We will respond and, where we can, fix it. Please describe the page and what happened, and do not include medical details in email.

This statement will carry a review date once the practice manual is finalized. It applies to mobile-therapeutics.com.

Prefer to do this by phone? So do many of our patients.
